Acceptance of these Terms

By creating an account, joining a Tarevi workspace, or otherwise using Tarevi, you agree to these Terms. If you use Tarevi on behalf of a business or client, you confirm that you are allowed to accept these Terms for that organization or project.

About Tarevi

Tarevi is an early-stage SaaS product for structured web project handovers. It helps freelancers, web designers, and small agencies organize project notes, links, files, responsibilities, and handover details in one place.

Accounts

You may need an account to use Tarevi. Please provide accurate account information, keep your sign-in details secure, and tell us if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

You are responsible for activity that happens through your account, including activity by people you invite or authorize to access a project.

User responsibilities

You are responsible for the content you upload, enter, link to, or share through Tarevi. Please make sure you have the rights and permissions needed to use that content and to share it with your clients or collaborators.

• do not use Tarevi for unlawful, harmful, misleading, or abusive activity
• do not upload or share content that violates someone else's rights
• do not try to disrupt, reverse engineer, or bypass security controls
• do not use Tarevi as a dedicated backup system or credential vault

If a project requires special confidentiality, regulatory, or security handling, you are responsible for deciding whether Tarevi is appropriate for that use.

Project and handover content

Project and handover content may include notes, links, files, client-facing explanations, responsibilities, and other materials you add to Tarevi. You keep the rights you already have in that content.

You allow us to host, process, display, and transmit your content as needed to provide Tarevi, operate the service, troubleshoot issues, protect the service, and improve the product.

Customer links and shared access

Tarevi may let you share project or handover information with clients, customers, or collaborators. You are responsible for choosing who receives access and for checking that shared content is suitable for those recipients.

If a link or shared view can be accessed by anyone who has the link, treat it with care and avoid placing sensitive information in it unless the product clearly supports the level of protection you need.

Availability and changes

Tarevi is still developing. We aim to provide a useful and reliable service, but we do not promise uninterrupted availability, permanent storage, or that every feature will remain available. We may update, pause, remove, or change parts of Tarevi as the product evolves.

Paid plans and billing

Tarevi may offer free, trial, early access, or paid plans. Paid plan prices, billing periods, included features, limits, taxes, renewals, cancellations, and refunds will be shown at checkout or in the relevant plan details when billing is available.

Intellectual property

Tarevi, including the product, website, design, software, brand, logo, and related materials, belongs to Fovebo LLC or its licensors. These Terms do not give you ownership of Tarevi or permission to copy the service outside normal use.

Feedback, suggestions, and ideas you send us may be used to improve Tarevi without obligation to compensate you.

Data protection

We process personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy explains what data we process, why we process it, and how to contact us about privacy questions.

Limitation of liability

Tarevi is provided as an early-stage product. To the extent allowed by law, we are not responsible for indirect losses, lost profits, business interruption, loss of data, or damages caused by content you or other users upload, share, or rely on. Nothing in these Terms limits liability where the law does not allow it to be limited.

Termination

You may stop using Tarevi at any time. We may suspend or end access if we believe an account violates these Terms, creates risk for Tarevi or other users, or needs to be restricted for legal, security, or operational reasons.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as Tarevi changes. When changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to make the updated Terms available. The updated Terms apply from the date shown on this page unless we say otherwise.
