This policy covers tarevi.com, the waitlist and contact forms, referral and share flows, website analytics, and related app features as they become available.

Who Operates the Site

Tarevi is operated by Fovebo LLC, 7901 4TH ST N STE 300, St. Petersburg, FL 33702, United States. In this policy, "Tarevi", "we", and "us" refer to Fovebo LLC acting through Tarevi.

Data We Process

Website access data

When you visit the website, the hosting and security systems may process technical data such as IP address, date and time of the request, requested URL, referrer, and browser or device information.

Waitlist and contact submissions

If you join the waitlist or contact us, we process the information you submit, such as your email address, name if provided, message content, and technical delivery data needed to handle the request.

Referral and share flow

If you arrive through a referral link or share Tarevi after joining the waitlist, we may process referral parameters, generated referral codes, your submitted waitlist email, and browser-side values that keep the confirmation and share flow working.

Analytics

We use Umami for data-sparing website analytics. It helps us understand page views, referrers, selected waitlist and share interactions, and general usage patterns so we can improve the site. We do not use analytics for advertising profiles, cross-site ad tracking, or identifying individual visitors.

How We Use Data

We use personal data to operate Tarevi, keep the service reliable, handle waitlist and contact requests, understand whether the site is useful, and communicate with people who asked to hear from us.

  • to review basic analytics and improve the product experience

Cookies, Storage, and Sessions

Tarevi may use cookies or similar browser-side storage for website features, referral and share flows, analytics, and app or session functions.

On the current public site, browser storage is used to keep referral codes and waitlist confirmation state available while the flow is in use. As Tarevi adds login and app features, cookies or session storage may also be used to keep users signed in and to protect account-related activity.

International Processing

Tarevi is operated by Fovebo LLC, a United States company. The Tarevi website and app infrastructure are hosted in Germany. Personal data submitted through the website or app is intended to remain on that German service infrastructure.

GitHub may be used for source code, deployment coordination, and software development workflows. It is not used to store customer data or personal data submitted through Tarevi. Limited processing outside Germany may occur only where it is needed for legal, security, support, or direct communication purposes.

Retention

Technical logs are retained for the period needed for site delivery, security, and troubleshooting, subject to the retention settings of the hosting environment.

Waitlist, contact, referral, and account-related data is retained for as long as it remains relevant to the request, the product relationship, recordkeeping, security, or legitimate business administration. You can contact us if you want your information reviewed or removed.

Your Rights

Depending on the law that applies to you, you may have rights of access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, or non-discriminatory treatment when exercising privacy rights. You may also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority or regulator.
